Job Overview:  
Fidelity Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated Clinical Support Specialist to join our team. The Clinical Support Specialist will play a crucial role in providing groups, support and guidance to patients, and internal teams. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. We are an expanding company with great potential for a motivated individual to grow with us. We are looking for a candidate that is interested in building a long term career in the behavioral health field.

Responsibilities:  
- Utilize data entry skills to maintain accurate patient records and documentation.  
- Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and colleagues  
- Collaborate with the clinical and operations staff to coordinate patient care efficiently.  
- Provide skills training and peer coaching to clients

- Aid clients in participating in their scheduled virtual appointments

- Transport clients to appointments and outings

Skills:  
- Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy.  
- Basic working knowledge of an EMR/EHR  
- Excellent <customer service> skills with a focus on patient satisfaction.  
- CAS certification is preferred  
- Some working Knowledge of clinical terms to facilitate clear communication within the team.  
- Experience working in a clinical setting is preferred.  
- Personal lived experience is preferred

- Valid Driver's License

Pay: $44,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Experience:

- Mental Health: 1 year (Preferred)
- Substance abuse counseling: 1 year (Preferred)
- Behavioral health: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

- Driver's License (Required)
- QMAP Certification (Preferred)
- Certified Case Manager (Preferred)
- Certified Addiction Specialist (Preferred)
- Peer support certification (Required)

Ability to Commute:

- Westminster, CO 80031 (Required)

Work Location: In person
