Peer Support Specialist

Fidelity Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated Clinical Support Specialist to join our team. The Clinical Support Specialist will play a crucial role in providing groups, support and guidance to patients, and internal teams. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. Responsibilities:
- Utilize data entry skills to maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and colleagues
- Collaborate with the clinical and operations staff to coordinate patient care efficiently.
- Provide skills training and peer coaching to clients
- Aid clients in participating in their scheduled virtual appointments
- Transport clients to appointments and outings
Skills:
- Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Basic working knowledge of an EMR/EHR
- Excellent <customer service> skills with a focus on patient satisfaction.
- CAS certification is preferred
- Some working Knowledge of clinical terms to facilitate clear communication within the team.
- Experience working in a clinical setting is preferred.
- Personal lived experience is preferred
- Valid Driver's License

Pay: $44,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
